Prepare.

Review the pre-call discussions you had with the client regarding the service(s), learn about what kind of listening experience the client wants to have with their speakers.

Help the client anticipate impact by outlining any alterations that will be made to the structure and/or property to install their speakers and conceal wiring.

Ensure the 2 or 5 Speaker Concealment service meets the client’s expectations and needs. This service does not include the services in a TV setup, mounting speakers on a custom surface, or working in a permit required confined space, like a crawl space. If the speakers are being installed in a different room, or the wire runs exceed the distance limitations outlined in the SOW, additional custom wire runs should be sold and scheduled.

Perform.

Connect and configure new or existing audio components (AV receiver, CD player, etc.) to a speaker system or soundbar for a single room.

Secure up to 5 client-supplied (or factory included, if applicable) mounting brackets to a standard frame wall. o Client-supplied speaker stands can be substituted for wall mounts.

Mount and secure up to 5 speakers in a wall, ceiling, or to mounting brackets.

Attach up to 250ft (total) of Faith Installation supplied wire from up to 5 speakers and 1 subwoofer to the receiver, by routing cable through an unobstructed stud bay, attic, or basement.

Verify that all speakers are properly positioned and working

Ensure all wall-fished cable exit points are finished off with either a wall bushing or wall plate.

Ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed, and wire ties are used when necessary.

Give the client a listening experience by demoing an audio source that was connected to the speakers.

Answer any questions the client may have and discuss In-Home Solutions that would improve their experience. Consider the client’s changing needs over time and help them explore and plan for the future.

It’s like we were never here; clean up the work area and remove all tools, supplies, packing materials, and vacuum/sweep as needed. Perform haul-away / recycle as the work order dictates.
