Up to 5 Speaker Concealment.

  • Review the pre-call discussions you had with the client regarding the service(s), learn about what kind of listening experience the client wants to have with their speakers.

  • Help the client anticipate impact by outlining any alterations that will be made to the structure and/or property to install their speakers and conceal wiring.

  • Ensure the 2 or 5 Speaker Concealment service meets the client’s expectations and needs. This service does not include the services in a TV setup, mounting speakers on a custom surface, or working in a permit required confined space, like a crawl space. If the speakers are being installed in a different room, or the wire runs exceed the distance limitations outlined in the SOW, additional custom wire runs should be sold and scheduled.

  • Refer to the Speaker Configuration Chart for Dolby Atmos examples

  • Give the client a listening experience by demoing an audio source that was connected to the speakers.

  • Answer any questions the client may have and discuss In-Home Solutions that would improve their experience. Consider the client’s changing needs over time and help them explore and plan for the future.

  • It’s like we were never here; clean up the work area and remove all tools, supplies, packing materials, and vacuum/sweep as needed. Perform haul-away / recycle as the work order dictates.
